Turkcell Superonline Lost My Modem After Subscription Renewal

Dear Turkcell Superonline Customer Relations Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the handling of my renewed internet subscription and the serious inconvenience and distress it has caused me. Following the renewal, your authorized dealer collected my modem for replacement; however, the device has since gone missing while in your company’s possession. Despite repeated efforts, I have not been able to reach any representative who can inform me of the modem’s location or offer a proper solution. As I am currently pregnant, the ongoing stress from this unresolved issue has had a negative impact on my health and overall well-being. I kindly request that you treat this matter with urgency and respond within seven (7) days of receiving this message. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will be left with no option but to escalate the issue to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
