Turkcell Superonline Switched My Plan Without My Consent

On June 9, 2025, I called Turkcell Superonline customer service to switch to the 1000 Mbps Pro Modem Symmetric Fiber Campaign and received an SMS confirming the process had begun. The next day, on June 10, I received a call from the Turkcell Superonline Fiber Technology team (0212 999 02 02) between 09:00-09:30, asking if they could come for installation. I told them 11:00 would be more suitable, and an appointment was set. When no one arrived by 11:00, I called them at 11:47 to request an update. By 14:47, there was still no installation, so I called again and was told the process was ongoing with no issues. However, at 15:41, I received an SMS stating that one of the products included in the campaign had been canceled, and since the campaign terms were no longer met, I was automatically switched to a different plan: the 1000 Mbps Unlimited 50 Upload Fiber Speeds campaign, ending on June 9, 2026. When I called again, the representative said the switch happened because the modem was out of stock—something I had never been informed about. No one communicated this during the process. Had the team arrived at 09:00 as originally discussed, the installation could have taken place. I was switched to a more expensive plan than my previous one without my knowledge or consent, and no installation was completed. I am requesting compensation for this situation and would like to formally complain about everyone responsible for this poor service.
