Turkcell Superonline Charged Me Despite Returning the Modem with Proof of Delivery
I canceled my Turkcell Superonline ADSL internet service with account number 110209935982 and customer number 11934715 on 03.12.2024. I returned the modem with its cable through Yurtiçi Kargo on 06.12.2024, using shipment code 707598834242. It was delivered on 07.12.2024 at 10:38 with document number XS834242. Despite the modem being delivered, Turkcell issued a bill of ₺610.17, claiming the modem was not returned. When I called Turkcell's customer service at 532, they confirmed that shipment code 707598834242 was visible in their system. I kindly request the cancellation of the ₺610.17 invoice and expect a prompt response regarding the matter.

Upon my request, they called and said, "Yes, your package has reached us. We are reviewing it." It's a ridiculous approach. They also told me to call again on January 2nd to find out whether the invoice has been canceled. Due to the lack of infrastructure, there is a mandatory cancellation situation. I have sent the modem. You have received it. Yet, you issue a penalty invoice claiming it hasn't arrived. And then you advise me to follow up on it. Unbelievable!
I provided the cargo code and filed a complaint. What is this invoice still for?
