Turkcell Sent Me Another Person’s Superonline Debt SMS on My Own Number

For years, I have been receiving Turkcell Superonline debt messages on my phone line ending in 1095, which has been registered in my name since 2015–2016 and was purchased as a special number from a Turkcell store. These messages belong to someone I do not know (M**** K********) and include details such as this person’s customer number (548***28) and outstanding balance. Recom Collection sends these SMS messages to me daily. My line is fully registered under my name, and I have been the sole user since day one. Even after porting my number from Turkcell to Türk Telekom, the messages continue. I am extremely disturbed by this situation, and despite calling customer service many times, I cannot reach anyone beyond the automated system, nor have I been provided any solution. Blocking the SMS messages has also been unsuccessful. I do not want to receive debt information belonging to someone I do not know, and I feel victimized by the misuse of my personal information. I urgently request that this error be corrected, that my number be fully disassociated from this individual, and that such messages never be sent to me again. If no solution is provided, I would like to state that I will be forced to pursue legal action.

My issue still has not been resolved and I am still receiving debt messages belonging to someone else. I have started to feel disturbed by constantly receiving messages from Turkcell Superonline receivables. I would like to inform you that if this is not resolved as soon as possible, I will initiate legal action.
