Superonline Fiber Internet And TV Plus Misleading Pricing
I signed up for fiber internet for about ₺700, and shortly after, a woman called saying that with this subscription, TV Plus would drop to ₺150, so I would pay around ₺850 in total. I asked clearly whether Gain, BluTV, Exxen, and Netflix were included, and she replied that all of them were available, so I accepted the offer. When I turned on the device, I realized the apps existed but the subscriptions didn’t; I would need to purchase them separately. I called back and said I already had most of these on my TV and wanted to cancel TV Plus. This time they said my bill would increase to over ₺900 if I canceled. While trying to return to my original ₺700 plan, I somehow ended up with a ₺900 bill. I told them this made no sense and asked to cancel the fiber internet entirely, and then they hit me with a cancellation fee of over ₺2500. I was upset but still canceled. Through misleading explanations and confusing pricing, I ended up paying nearly ₺3000 for one month of internet. This experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of.
