Superonline Home Internet and TV Outage, No Updates, Bill Adjustment Needed

It has been four days since I have been unable to use Superonline’s home internet and TV services, and no one is providing any information or updates on when the issue will be resolved. I feel victimized by this situation and believe my bill should be reduced by four days accordingly. There is still no clear answer as to when the services will be restored. Since my 72-hour right of withdrawal has already expired, I would like to know if I can still exercise it afterward.
