Superonline Did Not Fix My Faulty Fiber Internet Modem for 6 Days
The modem I use for my Superonline fiber internet service has been faulty for 6 days, leaving me with no internet connection at home. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but no solution has been provided yet. I request that a technical service team be sent and the defective device be replaced. If a solution is not provided today, I would like to state that I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I kindly ask for this problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
