First, make sure the camera is powered on and linked to the same network as your phone. Restart the camera and your router, then launch SuperLive and navigate to the device list.
Remove the previous camera item and then press the "+" icon to re-add it. Select the appropriate connection type (IP/Domain) and input the camera's IP address, port, username, and password carefully.
Make certain there are no mistakes and that the camera's credentials have not changed.
Double-check your IP camera's network settings using the web interface or setup utility. If you want to access the camera remotely, make sure port forwarding is set and that the firmware is up to date.
On your phone, go to Settings > Apps > SuperLive > Permissions to check SuperLive has network access. If your camera utilizes a different protocol (such as RTSP), make sure SuperLive supports it.
