Supercell Linked the Wrong Clash Royale Account to My Email

My Clash Royale account with the tag #8qqyrupo was originally linked to both my email address and my Supercell ID. But when I recently tried to log in from my iOS device, the system claimed that no account is linked to that email. Instead, it automatically connected a brand-new, 0-trophy account to my email—completely ignoring my actual progress and account.

To make things worse, there is no way to get real help. Live support doesn’t exist, and the chatbot blocks me from sending further messages. I’ve also tried emailing Supercell directly but received no reply. There’s no way to talk to a human, and I’m stuck with a blank account I never wanted.

Supercell, this is unacceptable. I’ve lost access to my real account and can’t get proper support. I demand that you unlink the wrong account from my email, reconnect my real account, and give users a direct way to speak with support. This issue must be resolved immediately.
