Supercell Account Hacked and Email Changed — How to Recover Lost Game Account

On October 25, the email address linked to my Supercell account named “xeon” was changed without my permission, and my account was completely stolen. The first letter of my old email address is “e” and the last letter is “a.” My player ID is PYC8U2JO2. I used to play from my own device in Kayseri, Turkey, and now I have no access to my account whatsoever.

I was directed to Supercell’s automated support system for help, but I haven’t received any resolution. My account contains valuable in-game progress and items.

I request that my account be restored to me and that my account security be ensured as soon as possible.
