Struggling to Recover 10-Year Clash of Clans Account

I’ve been trying to regain access to my 10-year-old Clash of Clans account and have reached out to Supercell’s support team. Unfortunately, they’re only responding to my messages once a day, they aren’t addressing my issue, and their customer service has been terrible. I’ve provided all the necessary proof, but they keep coming up with excuses to cancel the recovery process. This policy is really frustrating, and at this rate, it’ll take me a month to recover my account, if at all.
