Sugo App Won’t Let Me Delete My Account on iOS

I want to delete my account on the Sugo app that I use on my iOS device, but the app does not allow me to do so. I follow the steps Settings > Account – Privacy > Delete Account, type “Delete” as requested, and confirm the action, but the account deletion process does not go through and is not approved.

Despite trying multiple times for about four hours, I am unable to remove my account. I am requesting that my account and all of my personal data be permanently and completely deleted from the app. My username is “a.”
