Sugo Hostess Agency Closure Request

I am a user of the Sugo application in Egypt and I had a hostess agency linked to my account. On June 28, 2026, I submitted a request to permanently close this agency from my account by email. In their reply, Sugo support informed me that the agency would be closed within 72 hours, but until now nothing has been done and the agency is still active. The agency details are as follows: Name: Malak Kamel I*** Abdel Aziz I***   National ID Number: 30705061400***   Agency ID: 36***   Account ID: 226762***    I no longer have access to the account myself, as I had previously entrusted management of the agency to another person while I focused on my studies, and this person now refuses to return it to me. Because of this, I can only communicate with you by email. After the first reply promising closure within 72 hours, I sent another email to follow up, but I did not receive any further response and the situation remains unresolved. I respectfully request that the hostess agency mentioned above be permanently closed and removed from my account, that access for the current manager be revoked, and that full control over the account be returned to me. I ask that this be done as soon as possible, based on my previous written request and the agency details I have provided.

Instead, hold a handwritten note showing your Sugo Account ID and today's date. The information should be clearly visible in the photo. Once we receive the phone number and the new verification photo, our team will verify the information. If the phone number is not associated with another Sugo account and the verification is successful, we will bind the number to your account and proceed with the necessary steps to help you regain access. Why no answer after I submitted the required information

Sugo uygulamasında bağlı olduğum hostes ajansını kalıcı olarak kapatmak için 28 Haziran 2026'da talepte bulundum, 72 saat içinde kapanacağı söylenmesine rağmen hâlâ aktif ve erişimim yok. Belgeleri gönderdim ancak hiçbir yanıt alamadım, ilgi zayıf kaldı.
