I am a user from Haripur, Pakistan, and I am having a serious problem with my Sugo account and my Realme C21 device. Today, I suddenly started seeing a warning that my account has logged in on another device, even though I have never shared my account information or used Sugo on any other device. After this, it appears that my device has been banned from Sugo, and I can no longer use my account normally. I have not shared my login details with anyone, and I only use my account on my own Realme C21. I have also not been contacted by Sugo with any clear explanation about suspicious activity or a policy violation. Because of this, I am very worried that my account or device has been mistakenly flagged or banned. I kindly request that you urgently review my account and device status, remove any possible ban on my Realme C21, and allow me to access and use Sugo again. I also ask you to inform me clearly about the reason for this situation and what I can do to keep my account secure in the future.
