The Sugo app linked to my Apple account has been withdrawing money from my account for a long time without my request or consent. Since last year, automatic withdrawals have been made without me taking any action, and this situation has become extremely frustrating.
Because of these unauthorized charges, I have lost at least $2,350 so far. The payments are being taken from the account connected to my Apple ID, and they appear under the email address associated with it. When I contacted Apple about this issue, I was told that the problem was coming from the application itself and that I needed to reach out to Sugo. I am now requesting that these unjust withdrawals be stopped immediately and that all amounts collected from me up to this point be fully refunded.
I ask that these transactions—made without my permission or explicit consent—be investigated, that a written explanation be provided to me, and that my grievance be resolved as quickly as possible.
