I am having a problem deleting my account in the SUGO mobile app. I want to permanently delete my SUGO account and all associated data, but the application does not allow me to complete the deletion process. On August 16, 2026, I tried to delete my account through the account deletion section in the app, however the process does not finish and my account remains active. Because of this, I am contacting you to request manual deletion. My account name is Daniel Co***. I kindly request that you permanently delete my SUGO account together with all personal data associated with it, in accordance with applicable data protection rules, and that you confirm to me once the deletion has been completed.
