Can't Use Sugo on iPhone Because iTunes Store Won't Connect

The Sugo app on my iPhone 11 does not display properly, and every time I try to open it, I am prompted to sign into my iTunes Store / App Store account. When I attempt to sign in, I receive a "iTunes Store cannot connect" error and am unable to complete the process.
As a result, I am completely unable to use the Sugo app or get it to display correctly on my phone. I would like to understand what is causing this issue and have the iTunes Store connection problem permanently resolved so I can use the Sugo app without any further trouble.
I am requesting that this connectivity and access issue be investigated and that the necessary technical intervention be made to fully resolve the problem.
