If Subway charged you more at checkout than the advertised price, first raise it immediately with the store manager or online support and show the ad or menu screen you saw.
In many places consumer protection rules say you’re entitled to the lower advertised price when there’s a clear mismatch.
Keep screenshots, receipts, and timestamps as evidence and ask Subway to correct the charge or refund the difference
