Steam Password Reset Code Not Sent to Email or Phone

I have been unable to access my Steam account, which I have used for many years and which has the username “pratik632,” since around September 8–9. I follow the “I forgot my password” process and wait for a verification code to be sent to my email or phone, but no code ever arrives at either “p********@hotmail.com” or “p********@gmail.com,” or to my phone. When I do not receive the code and try again, my account gets blocked because of too many attempts. I wait for a while and try again, but the same thing happens: no verification code arrives, and I have now been unable to access my account for 8 days.

I have used the same email addresses and phone number on my account for years and have not made any recent changes. I am concerned that my account may have been compromised or that there may be a security issue, but because I am not receiving the verification code, I cannot complete the account recovery process either.

I have contacted Steam Support twice, but I have not received a response that resolves the issue, and I continue to be unable to access my account. My account contains games and content that I have spent money on, and I cannot access any of them.

I request that the security of my account be reviewed and that access be restored, that verification codes be sent successfully to my email addresses and phone number, and that the access issue I have experienced be resolved.
