Steam Game Email Verification Error – Need a Fix

I got this game from Steam, but after a couple of days, I ran into some trouble with the email verification when I tried to play. I couldn't get my account verified, so I decided to delete and reinstall the game. No matter how hard I try, Steam keeps resetting my account to level 1 whenever I attempt to play.

I've been trying to get in touch with Steam support, but I haven't received any assistance so far. I really need this problem taken care of as soon as possible. Thanks.
