I Lost Access to My Steam Account After Reset

Hello, I need urgent help recovering my Steam account. I had been using it while logged in on my computer, but unfortunately, my system got infected with a trojan virus, and I had to fully reset the PC.

Since the reset, I lost access to the Steam client. I had also uninstalled the app from my phone, which makes recovery even harder. I remember the email address linked to my account, but when I try to reset the password, it asks for a verification code sent to a phone number I never linked to my account.

Additionally, I don't have access to my Steam Guard backup codes, and I can’t retrieve them because I didn’t back up my settings before the reset.

I’m completely locked out now and need your help to reset my password and regain access without phone verification.
