Starpets.gg MM2 Swap Bot Rejecting Trade

I am writing regarding a serious problem I am experiencing on starpets.gg with the MM2 swap bot. Today I deposited Australis in MM2 swap and then attempted to trade my four items – Raygun, Sunset, Borealis and 2 Ocean – together with the deposited Australis tokens for an Evergun. However, the bot is not accepting the trade at all. I have tried this multiple times and the trade keeps getting rejected without going through, even though the items and deposited Australis should be sufficient for the Evergun. This is not the first time I have faced this type of issue on your platform, which makes me worry about the reliability of the system and my deposited value. I have not yet been able to reach your support team or moderators, but I expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible. I request that you check my account and the MM2 swap bot, identify why this trade is not being accepted, and complete the trade for the Evergun as it should have gone through in the first place. I am ready to provide screenshots or video recordings showing the failed trade attempts if needed and I ask you to take responsibility for this issue and ensure I do not lose any items or tokens because of a platform error.
