StarPets Credit Card Purchase Failed
I am having a recurring problem with payments on Starpets and have not been able to make any purchases successfully. When I try to refill and enter my credit card information, the system tells me to wait and then shows “purchase failed” every time. This has been happening for about two days, starting around the 24th, and has already occurred about five times. As far as I can see, no money is being taken from my card, but the purchase simply does not go through at all. I tried to reach your support, but I keep receiving the same automatic bot response and I am not even able to contact you properly by email, so I cannot get real help for this problem. I am asking for my account’s payment system to be fixed so that my credit card purchase can go through normally and I can complete my refill on Starpets without errors. I kindly request that this issue be checked and resolved as soon as possible.
