I have been experiencing ongoing payment errors on starpets.pw when trying to purchase items using my debit card in the USA. This problem first began in December and has now occurred a total of five times. Despite following all the recommended steps, including switching methods as suggested, the issue has not been resolved and I am still unable to complete my purchases. I contacted your support team about this issue and was directed to a specialist, but even after that, the payment problem continues. At this point, the recurring errors are preventing me from using your service properly. I kindly request that you either fix the payment issue on my account so that my debit card can be used without errors, or provide a reliable alternative way for me to pay and complete my purchases.
