StarPets.gg Keeps Cancelling My Revolut Payments for Security Reasons

I have been trying to make a purchase on Starpets.gg today to buy a pet, but my payment keeps getting cancelled by your security system. Each time I try to pay with my Revolut account, the status first shows as “payment pending,” and then it is cancelled due to a security reason shown on the screen. This has happened about four times today. As far as I can see, no money has been taken from my account, but I am unable to complete my purchase because of these repeated cancellations. I have not yet contacted Revolut or your support directly, as I first want to understand why your system is blocking my payments. I request that you review and remove this security block on my payments, or otherwise whitelist or approve my account, so that my payments can go through safely and I can complete my pet purchase on Starpets.gg. I also expect a clear explanation of why these payments were blocked and confirmation that I will be able to use my Revolut payment method without further issues.
