StarPets Balance Top Up Declined After First Successful Payout
I have been experiencing a problem with topping up my balance on Starpets after my first successful payout. My first payout worked without any issues, but since around the end of April / beginning of May, the system has not allowed me to send money to my Starpets account anymore. At the moment I have about 0.3 on my Starpets balance, and every time I try to add more money to it using Google Pay or my bank card, the transfer is declined and it will not let me add my money. No clear explanation is given on why the transfer is being rejected, and I am unable to use the service as intended.I have not yet been able to contact Starpets support because I do not know how to reach their support team. I kindly request that my payment issue be investigated, that my account be enabled to top up normally again via Google Pay or card, and that I receive a clear explanation for these declined transfers. If necessary, I also expect any losses or inconveniences caused by this issue to be taken into consideration.
