StarMaker Permanently Muted Until 2106 – Harassment Ban Appeal

Dear StarMaker Support Team, My account with user ID 88889153*** has been permanently muted until the year 2106 due to an alleged violation related to harassment/abuse. Since 13 August I have been unable to send any messages on the platform because of this action. I strongly respect and try to follow the community guidelines at all times and have never intentionally violated any rules. I believe this penalty may have been applied due to a false, misleading or one‑sided report made by someone else rather than any intentional misconduct on my part. I kindly request that you conduct a detailed review of my account, including my chat history and activity logs around the time of the reported incident, so that the situation can be evaluated fairly. If, after this review, you see that there is no serious or intentional violation, I respectfully ask that you lift the mute on my account so that I can use the messaging feature again and continue using the application normally.
