StarMaker Account Permanently Suspended for Spam Without Clear Reason
I am writing regarding the sudden suspension of my StarMaker account and to request a manual review of this decision. My account was suspended in September 2026 immediately after I sent an image to a friend via private chat from my Samsung A16 device. I am convinced that this suspension is a false positive triggered by an automated security or content filter, or that my account might have been compromised at that time. The image I shared was completely harmless and did not violate any Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. It did not contain inappropriate, copyrighted or harmful content; it was simply an innocent photo shared privately between friends. Currently, when I try to access my account, I see a notification stating that my account has been permanently suspended due to spam or fraudulent activity. I have never engaged in spam, fraud or any other behavior that would justify such a penalty, and I believe this decision does not reflect my actual usage of the platform. I kindly request that a human support agent manually review my account and the relevant chat history related to this incident, and that this suspension be lifted if it is indeed the result of an automated system error or a security issue. I would like my account to be reactivated so that I can continue using the application as before. I also want to share my frustration about the support process. I have not been able to reach a real support representative through any channel and repeatedly encounter automated responses, which makes it feel impossible to properly explain my situation and get help. I specifically request that my case be handled directly by a real support representative, instead of receiving only automatic replies. My account information is as follows: StarMaker ID: PUSATTTTT and email address: asaf.040***@gmail.com. I kindly ask you to review my case manually and inform me of the result, and I respectfully request the reactivation of my account.
