Soyo Blocks Contact Details and Keeps Me Paying for Chats

For several months I have been using the Soyo Android app, believing it to be a genuine dating platform where people can meet and build real relationships. However, my experience has been completely different and has made me feel scammed. Inside the app it is not possible to exchange real contact details with other users. On one occasion I sent my phone number to the person I was chatting with, but when it was delivered to her it appeared only as “****”, which shows that the app is deliberately blocking contact information. Because of this, there is no way to move the conversation outside the app or verify whether the person is real. In addition, the behavior and responses of the people I chat with feel very unnatural and scripted, which makes me strongly suspect that many of them may be paid chat partners or workers of the app rather than genuine users. Despite this, the app keeps encouraging ongoing chats and spending more money, and up to now I have spent about 50,000 on this platform. I feel deceived because the app presents itself as a real dating service, but in practice it blocks any attempt to exchange contact details and seems to profit from endless in‑app conversations that do not lead to real connections. I request a thorough investigation of these practices, a clear explanation of why contact information is being blocked, and a refund of the money I have spent under these misleading conditions.
