Soyo Arbitrarily Bans Broadcaster Account During Live Stream

I am filing a complaint regarding the unfair ban of my streamer account on the Soyo app. Last night, between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM, my account was shut down by a broadcaster whose stream I had joined, and I am currently unable to access my account.

I do not believe I committed any rule violations, so I find it completely unfair for my account to be closed in this manner. I demand that Soyo officials review my broadcaster account, rectify the situation, and reinstate my account.
