I Want To Have My Soyo Account Back

I am using the Soyo dating app from the Play Store and I am currently unable to access my previous account. I had used the fast login option twice before, but now I cannot log in to those accounts and I also cannot create or access a new account. When I try, I receive the message: “You have already registered 2 accounts with your phone and the upper limit has been reached. You cannot register again.” I have made payments in my previous Soyo accounts and I do not want to lose them or the profile information linked to those accounts. I am stuck at this error screen and cannot reach my old accounts in any way. I request that my previous account be restored and that I be given access again, or that you provide a clear and permanent solution so that I can continue using Soyo without losing my paid content and account history.
