Snapchat SS06 Device Ban Issued on Second-Hand Samsung A73 Triggers Appeal
I have been an active user of the Snapchat application for a long time. When I initially set up the app on my newly purchased Samsung A73 model phone, I was able to log in without any problems. However, today, even though I do not believe I committed any rule violations, when I tried to enter the application, I started receiving an error with the message "Access to Snapchat from this device has been banned" and support code "SS06". I am no longer able to log into my account with the username "s8numara", which contains my long-standing memories and streaks.
I bought my phone second-hand via Letgo, and I suspect that this device ban may have been applied due to the device's previous owner or another underlying reason. Despite not committing any rule violations myself and simply wanting to use my existing account on my new phone, having the entire device banned has caused me severe hardship.
I do not want to lose access to my Snapchat account, especially my long-running streaks. I request that the ban placed on my device be lifted, that the necessary investigation be conducted so I can log back into my account with the username "s8numara", and that both my account and device be reactivated.
