Snapchat Device Blocked on Used iPhone 15 Plus

I am writing regarding an issue where my device has been completely blocked from using Snapchat. When I try to log in, I receive a message on the screen stating that this device is blocked from using Snapchat. I recently purchased a used iPhone 15 Plus on 27-08-2026, and I discovered this problem when I attempted to use Snapchat on it. I was not informed by the seller that the device had any restriction related to Snapchat, and I have no information about any previous misuse or violation that may have caused this block. As a new owner, I am now unable to access or use Snapchat on this phone at all. I kindly request that my device be unblocked from Snapchat, or that you review this restriction considering that I am the new and legitimate owner of the phone. I would like to be able to use Snapchat normally on my iPhone 15 Plus and to understand, if possible, the reason for the block that is currently applied to this device.
