Snapchat, Can't Complete Verify Device As Phone Number No Longer In Use

I have been logged out of my Snapchat account and have been unable to regain access since yesterday because the verification code keeps being sent to my old phone number, which I can no longer use. When I try to log in, the app allows me to reset my password, but after that it always returns to the mobile verification step and sends a code only to my old number. I am therefore stuck on the “Verify Device” screen and completely locked out of my account. I have a new phone number now and I would like Snapchat to update the phone number on my account from the old one to my new number so that I can receive the verification code and regain access. I am requesting your assistance to verify my identity through alternative methods and update my phone number so I can use my account again.
