Snapchat Security Code Not Sent to New Number

After changing my phone number, I can no longer access my Snapchat account. I updated my phone number about 3–4 months ago, but the login verification code is still being sent to my old number. Because of this, I cannot log into my account, and I am also unable to update my phone number through the app.

I request that the phone number associated with my Snapchat account be updated and that I be granted access to my account again.

I have been unable to access my Snep account for a while because I changed my phone number. When I try to log into the app, it asks for a verification code, but the code goes to my old phone number. Since I changed my number, I cannot receive this code and cannot log into my account. I know the username associated with my account and it contains my balance/accumulated amounts.

This issue has been ongoing since August 1st. Despite contacting Snep customer service/support team, I have not received any response so far and my problem remains unresolved.

I want access to my account linked to my old number to be restored by providing an alternative verification method through my username or another method, and I want the balance/points in my account to be preserved without loss. I request an urgent response on this matter and the resolution of my grievance.
