Smallpdf Subscription Still Charging ADCB Card After Cancellation Request
I have a credit card with ADCB, and it is currently being automatically charged for a “Smallpdf” subscription in the amount of AED 45. I have been trying to cancel this auto-debit, but despite my efforts, I have not been able to stop these recurring charges, and I have not received any response to my cancellation request.
I kindly request that all future auto-debit transactions related to the Smallpdf subscription on my ADCB credit card be immediately cancelled and blocked.
I would also like to receive written confirmation once the auto-debit has been successfully cancelled, so I can be certain that no further charges will be made to my credit card.

I am writing regarding an unwanted auto subscription renewal on Smallpdf’s website related to the compress feature. Although I only intended to use the service once, my subscription was renewed automatically and I was charged 12 USD on 17/03/2026 without my clear consent or intention to continue.
The amount of 12 USD has been deducted from my credit card, but I did not knowingly approve this renewal and I was not sufficiently informed about the auto-renewal conditions. After noticing the charge, I contacted Smallpdf customer support to request cancellation and a refund, but I have not received any reply so far.
I kindly request that my Smallpdf subscription be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of 12 USD charged on 17/03/2026 be refunded to my card. I also ask that any future automatic renewals be disabled on my account so that I am not charged again without my explicit approval.
