Skyscanner Charges More Than the Displayed Ticket Price
I purchased a ticket through the Skyscanner app via Turna.com for an Ajet flight from Istanbul to Van on July 5, 2026, departing at 6:55 AM. The first price I saw in the app was around $60 per person, but by the end of the payment process, I noticed my credit card had been charged $74 per person. In other words, there was a significant gap between the price shown on screen and the amount actually charged.
After this happened, I tried to contact Skyscanner by phone, but I was never able to get through to customer service, and I couldn't get any clear explanation whatsoever.
I'm requesting a refund of the difference between the price I was initially shown and the amount charged to my credit card. I want a clear and understandable explanation of why the price increased, and I want this problem resolved.
