Skoda Superb Poor Sound Insulation And Very Weak Audio System

The sound insulation of my 2025 Skoda Superb Premium is extremely poor and does not meet the standards expected from a D-segment vehicle. In addition, the factory-installed audio system is excessively weak, lacks depth and volume, and delivers an unsatisfying listening experience. My previous vehicle was a 2022 Passat Variant, and compared to that car, the audio performance of the 2025 Superb is significantly inferior. Moreover, when the vehicle is connected via Android Auto, the already weak sound output is further reduced by the vehicle’s software. Even when the volume is increased, the listening performance becomes irritatingly weak, flat, and lacking in body. This software-based audio reduction in Android Auto does not exist in other vehicles, which clearly indicates a vehicle-specific and flawed implementation. I strongly request that Skoda releases a software patch and applies it through authorized service centers to correct this incorrect practice, which was presumably introduced for safety reasons but in reality produces the opposite effect. The vehicle does not have a built-in navigation system. When it is not possible to listen to music properly via Android Auto, we are forced to use a direct Bluetooth connection for audio playback. This creates a greater safety risk when navigation is used directly on the phone. In summary: The sound insulation must be improved, and the audio system amplifier must be strengthened. A large and premium D-segment vehicle should not be equipped with such a weak and poor-quality sound system. The software-based audio reduction applied to Android Auto must be removed immediately. Given that the vehicle’s audio system is already extremely weak, this additional limitation is extremely frustrating and has seriously damaged my trust and long-standing respect for a brand that I have used and valued for many years. Now it is your responsibility. I expect a clear explanation, direct contact, and an immediate resolution to this issue.
