New Skoda Kamiq's Giti Tires Cause Steering Pull and Loud Cabin Noise
In my Skoda Kamiq, which I purchased brand new approximately 45 days ago from the F**** T** Vimsa dealership in Gaziantep, I'm experiencing serious problems because of the Giti brand tires that came factory-installed on the vehicle. I believe the tires are low quality; while the vehicle is in motion, I hear intense noise coming into the cabin, and there's almost no ride comfort.
I also noticed the steering pulling to the left, so I took the vehicle in for service. The service center performed a toe/alignment adjustment, but the problem persists — the vehicle still won't hold alignment. Because of this, I can clearly see that the problem stems from the tires, and that it's negatively affecting both my driving safety and my comfort.
During this process, I spoke with İ****** T*********** [dealer], but the problem I'm experiencing hasn't been resolved. I refuse to accept that a brand-new vehicle would come fitted with tires this noisy and problematic. I am firmly requesting that the Giti brand tires on my vehicle be replaced immediately, with no additional charge, with higher-quality, trouble-free tires.
