Skechers Canceled Discounted Amazon Order Without Notice
During the November sales, I found a great deal on the Skechers D'LUX PRO-MENASHA Women’s Black Outdoor shoes in size 38.5, sold by Skechers Turkey on Amazon.com. I bought this size as a gift for my brother and paid without any issues, even informing him and showing him the product link. The next day, when I checked the shipment status in the “My Orders” section, I saw that the order had been canceled by the seller without any notification. There is no order or reference number displayed, the cancellation note appears, yet I cannot access any details. I did not receive an email, SMS, or in-app alert. When I contacted Amazon customer service today, they told me they were not the seller, could not manage cancellations, and therefore could not assist me. Neither the seller nor Amazon has provided a satisfactory explanation or solution. I purchased this product at a discounted price as a gift for my brother, and now the same item is listed on other websites for nearly three times the amount. I request that the product be supplied to me at the discounted price at which I purchased it. Otherwise, if I attempt to buy it again, I will end up paying nearly triple the cost and suffer a serious financial loss. I expect this issue to be resolved and a clear explanation to be provided.
