Sinbo SHB-3137 Delivered With 300W Instead of the Advertised 1000W

I purchased the Sinbo SHB-3137 blender set from PTT AVM on 7 July, relying on the technical information on your official website sinbo.com.tr, where the product is advertised with a 1000 W motor power. The product was delivered to my address in Istanbul on 9 July. When I examined the product after delivery, I noticed that the technical label on the motor body shows the motor power as 300 W. A product that is marketed and sold as 1000 W but in reality is only 300 W clearly constitutes a defective good within the scope of Article 8 of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, as the promised technical specification is not met. Since this purchase was made using a gift voucher, initiating a return or exchange process through PTT AVM would likely result in the loss of my gift voucher rights and further aggravate my grievance. For this reason, without shifting the responsibility to the intermediary platform, I request from you as the manufacturer that my product be replaced with a genuine 1000 W version that matches the power value stated on your official website. I would also like to state that the misleading information on your official website about the motor power constitutes a violation of Article 62 of Law No. 6502 (Misleading Commercial Practices Against Consumers) and Article 16 of the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices. The fact that you are unreachable via e‑mail and that your phone lines are not answered deepens my loss of trust in your brand. If my grievance is not remedied promptly and my blender is not replaced with a product that truly has 1000 W motor power as advertised, I will initiate the necessary official complaint processes before the Advertisement Board of the Ministry of Trade, the Competition Authority and the Consumer Arbitration Committee. In the attachment, I am sharing the screenshot from your official website showing the 1000 W statement and the photo of the product label proving that it is actually 300 W. I request that my problem be resolved urgently and that the necessary corrections be made in your product information to prevent other consumers from being misled in the same way.
