ShortMax Error Code: 20013 ShortPlay Has Been Down

I use the Shortmax shortPlay service on my Android tablet, but for the last three days I have been unable to watch any content. Since March 20, 2026, every time I try to play something I receive the error message “Error code: 20013 shortPlay has been down” and the content does not start. Because of this problem I have not been able to use the service at all on my tablet during this period. I have not yet been able to reach your customer service about this and I am sharing the problem directly here. I kindly request that you urgently fix this issue so that shortPlay resumes normal playback on my Android tablet and the service becomes usable again.
