ShortMax Android App Error 20013 Prevents Two Videos From Playing

I use the Shortmax Android phone app and for the last two days I have been getting the error code 20013 when I try to watch two specific contents. The rest of the contents play normally, but these two never start and always show the same 20013 error. Since the app does not allow screenshots, I cannot attach an image of the error, but the problem is repeatable every time I try to open these two titles. I have not yet been able to get any support because I have not contacted customer service before this. I request that Shortmax investigate the cause of the 20013 error on these two contents in my Android app and fix it so that I can access and watch them without interruption.
