ShareChat Account Name Change Caused Ban Without Explanation

I am a ShareChat user from India and I am experiencing a serious problem related to my account and name change. My current account is associated with the name “Tamils***” and this account has been banned by ShareChat. This problem started around 21.04.2026. I do not understand why my account with the name “Tamils***” has been banned. I only want to use my real/preferred name on ShareChat, but instead of allowing this, my account has been restricted and I cannot use the platform properly. I have not received a clear explanation or warning inside the app regarding the reason for this ban. Until now, I have not contacted ShareChat support directly through other channels, and I have not been able to resolve the issue from within the app. For this reason, I am submitting this complaint. I kindly request that my ShareChat account be checked in detail, that the ban on this account be removed, and that I be allowed to use the name without any restriction so I can continue using ShareChat normally.
