I bought Sensodyne toothpaste, which was on sale at the Migros store in Star City Shopping Mall, sold in a pack of two inside a plexiglass case. When I opened the cap, the paper seal inside the gray nozzle was missing, which immediately raised my suspicions about the product. I thought it might be either expired or fake, but once I brushed my teeth, a foul taste and smell confirmed something was seriously wrong. I will also file a formal complaint with the Ministry of Health. It’s up to the authorities to determine whether expired products are being relabeled or if counterfeit items are being sold. Although Sensodyne has been a brand I’ve trusted for years, I will never purchase it again—especially when I see it on sale.
