Approximately one and a half months ago, I purchased Sebamed anti-hair-loss shampoo from the Eve store in Akçatekir, Pozantı, Adana. I used the product for the first time today. Immediately after applying the shampoo to my scalp, I experienced intense burning on my head, forehead, cheeks, and neck, accompanied by severe redness. I have never experienced such an intense and frightening burning sensation from using a product before.

Because of this reaction, I went to the emergency department of Private Medline Health Services Adana Hospital on the same day. The doctors treated me with an injection due to an allergic reaction, and medical records were created. I went through a difficult process that affected my daily life and caused me significant physical and emotional distress.

I request that the allergic reaction caused by this product be investigated, that the necessary safety and quality checks be carried out, and that appropriate steps be taken to recall the product from the market if deemed necessary. I also request that I be informed about the health issue I experienced and the resulting harm, and that I receive a response regarding any appropriate compensation or resolution process you deem necessary.
