Sebamed Anti Hair Loss Shampoo Causes Severe Allergic Reaction

I experienced a serious allergic reaction after using Sebamed anti-hair-loss shampoo. When I washed my hair with this shampoo, I immediately developed redness, burning, and an uncomfortable sensation of heat on the areas of my face and ears that came into contact with the product. My entire face became bright red, and the burning sensation lasted for hours.

I gave the product another chance and used it a second time, but I experienced exactly the same symptoms again. My spouse also used the same shampoo and developed similar redness and burning on the face and other areas that came into contact with the product. After both of us experienced the same reaction, I realized that the problem was clearly related to the shampoo. I had purchased the product from a Gratis store, and after these incidents, we completely stopped using it.

I request that Sebamed urgently investigate the ingredient or ingredients in this product that may be causing allergic reactions and, given the numerous similar complaints, take the necessary steps to completely withdraw the product from the market if deemed appropriate. I ask that this matter be taken seriously to prevent other consumers from experiencing similar harm and that I be informed about the investigation and any actions taken.
