Sebamed Anti Hair Loss Shampoo Causes Facial Redness and Burning

I purchased Sebamed anti-hair-loss shampoo from Watsons. The first time I used the product, I developed redness on my face, but I did not initially think it was caused by the shampoo. When I experienced the same issue during the second use, with noticeable redness and a burning sensation on my face, I realized that the reaction was likely caused by the shampoo.

I was disappointed because I did not expect the product to cause such a reaction on my skin, so I stopped using it. I ask Sebamed to take this matter seriously, investigate the shampoo, and provide me with a refund for the product.
