Seat Ibiza 2024 Model Airbag and AC Unit Issues After 3 Months
I purchased a brand-new 2024 Seat Ibiza, and within three months, I encountered an “Airbag Error” warning. Upon taking it to the service center, they discovered a factory defect—a crack in the air conditioning unit, which caused water to leak onto the airbag control module.
As a result, both the airbag control unit and AC system had to be replaced. Now, my car has a service history with replaced parts, even though it’s practically new. Additionally, when I picked up the car, they failed to provide the promised fire extinguisher and floor mats, claiming they would send them later. It’s been nearly three months, and I’m still waiting.
I demand that Seat resolves this issue immediately, providing the missing items and ensuring no further problems with my vehicle. Factory defects and delays in fulfilling commitments are unacceptable.
