Withdrawal Amount Not Received In My Bank Account

I have an account on 1win with the name Sagari and user ID 330220***. On 18/09/2026 I requested a withdrawal of 14,000 INR to my SBI bank account. For several days the withdrawal was pending and later the status on 1win started to show as “successful”, but the money has still not been credited to my SBI bank account. I have been waiting for days and I am very concerned because the platform shows the transaction as completed while I have not received any funds in my bank. I want my 14,000 INR to be paid to my SBI account as soon as possible or a clear written explanation of why the payment has not been processed despite being marked successful.
